Trust to Treatment (T2T) Refund & Booking Policy

Trust to Treatment (t2tdental.com) provides specialized academic training, masterclasses, and professional development programs for clinical dental teams (Principal Dentists, Associate Dentists, Dental Nurses, and clinical staff), operated by Dental Concepts.

1. Deposit & Booking Confirmation

To reserve a seat at a Trust to Treatment masterclass, a booking deposit of £197 (or as specified upon checkout) is required. Your place is officially confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is issued by Dental Concepts.

2. Cancellation & Statutory Refund Rights

We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and UK commercial standards:

• 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period: Delegates registering online are entitled to cancel their booking within 14 days of purchase for a 100% full refund of the deposit, provided the event date is not within 14 days of booking.
• Cancellations 14 Days or More Prior to Event: Cancellations received in writing 14 or more calendar days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the £197 deposit.
• Cancellations Less Than 14 Days Prior to Event: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event date are non-refundable due to venue reservation costs, delegate materials, and catering commitments.

3. Delegate Substitutions & Event Date Transfers

• Free Delegate Substitution: If a registered clinical team member (e.g. Principal Dentist, Associate, or Nurse) is unable to attend, you may substitute another qualified clinical team member from your practice at no additional cost by notifying us in writing prior to the event.
• Transfer to Future Event: If you cannot attend and notify us at least 7 days before the event, your booking deposit may be transferred to a future Trust to Treatment masterclass date (within 3 months), subject to seat availability.

4. Balance Payments & Non-Attendance

• Balance Payments: Where an additional course balance is due prior to the event, payment must be completed by the specified due date to maintain your confirmed reservation.
• Non-Attendance (No-Show): Failure to attend the masterclass without prior written notice will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be issued.

5. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation by Organiser

In the unlikely event that Dental Concepts cancels or reschedules a masterclass due to venue issues, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies, delegates will be offered the choice of:

• A 100% full refund of all payments made (including the £197 deposit).
• A direct transfer of the booking to the rescheduled event date or an alternative upcoming session.

Dental Concepts is not responsible for non-refundable travel or accommodation expenses incurred by delegates.

6. Refund Request Process

All refund or cancellation requests must be sent via email to enquiries@dental-concepts.com. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
